The paper supply of the flat die-cutting machine is mainly achieved by the paper-feeding and paper-feeding action of Feida, and the paper is conveyed by the method of feeding the paper with a paper-feeding belt, and the following faults occur during the paper feeding process.
1. Paper is unstable and needs to be adjusted frequently
The fault is mainly for the domestic die-cutting machine. Since most of the domestic die-cutting machines do not use the conveyor belt with suction, it is easy to cause the paper to be unstable, the paper positioning accuracy is not high, the paper feeding guide wheel, the paper feeding belt and the pressure. Paper hair rollers, front gauge stops, side gauge stops, etc. are prone to wear. This problem can be effectively solved by knocking, edge-trimming, and adjusting the paper before the paper is fed.
2. Paper feeding is not smooth
There are various reasons for the unsmooth paper feeding, mainly due to paper deformation, too smooth surface of the printed matter or other mechanical failure.
(1) Paper feeding caused by paper deformation is not smooth
Since the die-cutting process is the last step of the whole printing process, the paper is easily deformed after being processed in several processes, especially after high-temperature and high-pressure glazing. The deformation of the paper after the film is more serious, at this time, Feida often cannot. Feed the paper with ease.
(2) The paper feeding caused by the surface of the printed matter is too smooth, and the paper feeding is not smooth.
After the glazing film is too smooth, it will cause certain difficulties in paper feeding. For the above two cases, the experienced operator will do the preparatory work before loading the paper. For example, when loading paper, add some wooden wedges or paper rolls to the paper to keep the paper flat, and pre-play when loading the paper. This problem can generally be avoided by cutting the paper edge or by appropriately lowering the speed of the die cutting machine.
(3) Paper feeding difficulties caused by mechanical failure
Feida nozzle suction is not enough, the position of the plane on the paper stack is not suitable, the positioning of the rules is not accurate, and other mechanical reasons may cause slanting, double, and empty sheets during the paper feeding process. As long as the maintenance of the die-cutting machine and the adjustment of the mechanical parts are done normally, it will avoid the difficulty of paper feeding due to mechanical failure.
